Rain Yields Rainbows

The dry weather that has been prevalent in 2012 was given a break over the last week as rains fell, with as much as three inches reported in some areas around Jasper.

After the rains one day this beautiful double rainbow was visible over Shady Dale. Shady Dale resident and Monticello News reader Londa Champion captured the sight on film.
