HORSE QUIZ BOWL

The Jasper County 4-H Horse Club competed at the Georgia State 4-H Horse Quiz Bowl recently. The Junior 4-H team was named Reserve State Champions, basically placing second, beating out 43 other teams.

Team members include (left to right) Savannah Fritz, Morgan Patterson, Amber Scarbrough, Anna Scarbrough, Levi Ford, and coach Lucy Ray. The Senior 4-H team, consisting of Krista Mercer, Casey Elias, Cheyenne Ballew and Kaitlynn Wallace, placed in the top 20. Their hard work certainly paid off.
