‘Canes Win, Lose

The Varsity Canes lost a close game to Northeast Macon 46-44 last Friday.

Chris Thomas was the leading scorer with 16 and he had 10 rebounds. Xavier Chapman followed Thomas with 10 points, and had 5 rebounds, Deon Epps added 7, Josh Stone, 5, Destin Breaux 3, Quinton Standifer 2 and Brady McMichael 1.

Saturday they faced Southwest Macon and won 41-34.

Thomas led the scoring with 9 points, and Stone led in rebounds coming in at 11. Thomas added 7 rebounds, Breaux added 7 points, Standifer added 5, and Chapman 4. Stone added 3.
