SANTA COMES TO SHADY DALE

Santa arrived in Shady Dale on Saturday, Dec. 3 at 5 p.m. on a fire truck and stayed in town and visited with the children for about an hour. After Santa left town, the annual Shady Dale Christmas Dinner began and it was followed by the Shady Dale Community Club auction.

A good time was had by all according to an announcement from Larissa Ruark, Treasurer of the Shady Dale Community Club. During the dinner, several residents were honored for their service to the Shady Dale Community. Those recipients included James Greenway and Zack Estes, these two men were presented a plaque for their community service. DeAnne Greenway was also presented a plaque for outstanding efforts for the City of Shady Dale and the Community Club.
