Robert NeSmith

Robert NeSmith, 42, of Jasper County died at his home Monday.
Mr. NeSmith was working as a deputy with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office at the time of his death.
A memorial service is planned for Sunday, July 10, at 5 p.m. at Lake Oconee Baptist Chapel at 2411 Reids Ferry Road in Buckhead in Morgan County.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to the Robert Nesmith Fund at United Bank in Madison. The funds will be used by Jasper-Morgan County Department of Family and Children Services for needy families at Christmas.
