Mary Florence Little

Mary Florence Little, 49, of Covington, died January 17, 2011.
She was born in Monticello to the late Ralph and Mary L. Goolsby. She was educated in the public schools of Jasper County. Later in life she moved to Macon, with her parents, and to Covington after their deaths.

Survivors include Willie Henry Little of Monticello; a son Raynard D. Little; daughter to be Deandria Nunnally, both of Macon; brother, Terry Williams, of Monticello; sister, Joann White, of Covington; granddaughter, La’aundrea Little of Macon; nephews, Clifford White of Covington and Brandon Williams of Monticello; uncles, Wille David Goodsby of Macon and Ernest Brannon of Rome; aunts, Mamie Goolsby of Macon, Mae Goolsby and Emma Lizzie Brannon, both of Monticello; God sisters, Martha Thomas and Paula Gotel of Monticello; God brother, Marvin Jordan of Covington and a close family friend, Roger Clemon. Also a host of other relatives and many friends.

A service was held January 22 at Concord Primitive Baptist Church in Monticello. Elder H.G. Terry, pastor officiated.

Smith and Sons Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
