Rosalind Belle Rogers Loll

Rosalind Belle Rogers Loll, 80, of Monticello, died Wednesday, December 22, 2010, at Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta.

Rosalind Loll was born in Adgateville, to the late Claude Thomas Rogers and Ethel Lee Follendore Rogers.

She lived in New Waverly, Texas for a number of years where she worked as a Paraprofessional for New Waverly, Texas school system.
After returning to Jasper County in 1984, Rosalind was a Paraprofessional for Jasper County Washington Park until her retirement.

She was an active member of Smithboro Baptist Church and loved teaching Children’s’ Church. Brother, Charles “Bubber” Rogers.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Karen Loll of Lewisville, Texas, Clyde and Stacey Loll of Huntsville, Texas, Clayton and Patsy Loll of New Waverly, Texas, Clark Loll of Monticello, and Clifford and Lesa Loll of New Waverly, Texas; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, Donald and Earnestine Rogers and Melton and Patricia Rogers, all of Monticello; and numerous nephews, and nieces; and a host of dear friends.

Funeral services were held Sunday, December 26, 2010, at Smithboro Baptist Church. Burial was held in West View Cemetery. Clyde Loll and Rev. Dale Parker officiated.

Serving as pallbearers were Cliff Loll, Jr., Clayton Loll, Clinton Loll, Brandon Loll, Derrick Rogers, and Terrell Rogers. Honorary pallbearers were Christopher Loll, Clayton Swor, and Colton Swor.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers donations to be made in memory of Rosalind Loll to Smithboro Baptist Church, P.O. Box 271, Monticello, Georgia 31064.
