Charges against John Truskosky Are Dropped

All charges have been dropped against John M. Truskosky who was charged with stealing $1 million from Linda K. Kerce and Truss Specialties.

After the discovery period in civil cases associated with the criminal case, Mrs. Kerce realized that Mr. Truskosky did not have the intent to deprive her of the various items as stated in the warrants.
