Soccer Cougars Post Win

The Piedmont Academy varsity soccer teams both recorded wins in recent matches.

The Lady Cougars defeated Monsignor Donovan 8-1 powered by a hat trick from Kelly King. Jerica Jenkins added two goals while Rachael Marks, Beth Hamilton and Megan Calik both scored one.

Aly Kinard and Andie Lewis both had two assists while Lanie King finished with one.

The varsity boys defeated Crosspoint Christian 7-1 in recent action as Will Eckerle was dominant with four goals. Wade Roberts, Sam Cleary and Davis Kimball each scored one.
Bryce Kinard dished off two assists while Eckerle and Sam Cleary had one.

The Piedmont junior varsity girls tied Crosspoint 2-2 as Heather Tyler scored both goals for the Lady Cougars.
