Eunice W. Tyler
Minnie Eunice Williams Tyler, 92, died Saturday, March 4, at Jasper Memorial Hospital.
Eunice Tyler was a lifelong resident of Jasper County. Her parents were the late Edwin Williams and Fannie Mae Minter Williams. After retiring from the Monticello Manufacturing Company as a seamstress, Mrs. Tyler worked for American Mills in Jackson for a number of years.
Her late husband, William Ray Tyler, died in 1979. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Ann Womack, son-in-law, Coy Womack, and great granddaughter-in-law, Leigh Roberts.
Survivors include her son, Eddie Ray Tyler of Monticello; daughter and son-in-law, Mary Frances and Terrell Reed of Newnan; grandchildren, Donna Roberts, Bobby Womack, Wayne Womack, Carol Atkinson, Karen Brown, Keith Tyler, Tonya Haswell and Todd Reed; great-grandchildren, Rob Womack, Kelly Womack, Julie Womack, Stephen Roberts, Lauren Atkinson, Ansley Atkinson, Claire Cunard, David Brown, Tyler Haswell, Thomas Haswell, Michaela Haswell, Truett Haswell, Hayden Reed and Kendall Reed; and great-great-grandchild, Natalie Roberts.
A memorial service is scheduled for Tuesday, March 7, at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Jordan Funeral Home, with Dr. Kerry Bunn officiating.
The family suggests memorials to the Retreat Nursing Home, 898 College St., Monticello, GA 31064 in lieu of flowers.
Jordan Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
