Tom Mack Copeland
Military graveside services for Tom Mack Copeland, 76, were held December 18 at Lawnwood Memorial Park. The Rev. Don Martin officiated.
He died December 17.
Mr. Copeland was born in Ada, Ohio to the late Roy and Irene Copeland. The Earlham College graduate was a WWII veteran having served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of VFW Post #1282 in New Castle, Indiana.
He retired in 1992 as a supervisor with Golay Company after 31 years of service.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Patty Lou Copeland of Monticello; daughter, Susan Miffin of Vernon, Fla.; sons, John R. Copeland of Covington and David R. Copeland of Monticello; sisters, Kathryn Rischer of Winter Haven, Fla. and Patty Stephens of California City, Cal.; five grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were John Copeland, Christopher Copeland, Tom Miffin, Steven Turner, Richard Haymore and Terry Haymore.
