Isabell Johnson Manning

Funeral services for Isabell Manning were held December 19 at St. James A.M.E. Church with burial in South View Cemetery. The Rev. Spencer Booker officiated. She died December 16.

Mrs. Manning was born July 15, 1918 to the late Johnny Johnson and Ethel Humphries. At an early age she was baptized at St. James A.M.E. Church. She was employed by the E.C. Kelly family for many years.

Her husband, Otis Manning, and siblings, Willie James, Curtis, Johnny and Vera preceded her in death.

Survivors include her brother, Fred Johnson; sister, Inez Johnson; others relatives and friends.

Smith & Sons Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
