Early voting has begun in Jasper County, says Chief Registrar Carole Norris, and interest appears high.Her office opened for early voting at 1 p.m. Friday, and by 4 p.m. ten people had already voted.Absentee ballots are available also for the run-off election set for Tuesday, Dec. 6.
