Marvin Ollendorf
Marvin Ollendorf, Jr., 83, of Newborn, died October 24.
Mr. Ollendorf moved from Atlanta to Jasper County in 1997. He was a radio operator for the FCC in World War II and was a retired radio and television engineer. He was a retired Ham radio operator with the call sign of W4HAH.
A Scottish Rite mason and past master, he was also a 50-year life member of the Yaraab Shrine Temple.
His wife, Jessie B. Ollendorf, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his stepson and daughter-in-law, Lt. Col. Thomas E. Brazil, USAF (Ret) and Marene Brazil of Newborn.
H.M. Patterson and Son of Atlanta were in charge of arrangements.
