Indoor Adult Soccer Begins

Play was to begin yesterday, Jan. 25, in the indoor league of adult soccer through the Jasper County Recreation Department.

Persons ages 16 and up are competing on four teams. Two games will be held each Wednesday, the first at 6:30 p.m., and the second at 7:50 p.m. Competition is in the gym at the old Washington Park School on Fred Smith Street.

Last night, the Atomics were playing the Shreaders in the first game, with the Jammers taking on the Slaminators in the second game.
Next Wednesday, Feb. 1 the Slaminators will take on the Shreaders at 6:30 p.m. and the Atomics will face the Jammers.
