Sheriff’s Department Books Several
The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests for the period March 20 through 27:
•Earnest Lee Summers, Monticello—possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession/manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance.
•Linda Lou Long, Monticello—possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession/manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance.
•Jennifer Renee Crayne, Monticello, driving under the influence, driving on a suspended or revoked license, seat belt violation, no insurance.
•Anthony Ray Robertson, Lexington, Ky.—no proof of insurance, passing in a no passing zone, driving on a suspended or revoked license.
•Gregory Lentez Stewart, Monticello—trespassing, violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act.
•Casey Scott White, Monticello—possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor.
•Kala Jeanette Hicks, Monticello—possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor.
•Alvin Adonis Bailey, Monticello—unlawful manufacture/deliverance of non controlled substance.

•Kelvin Lindsey, Lithonia—driving under the influence, failure to maintain lane.
•Stoney Anthony Reese, Monticello—driving on a suspended or revoked license, seat belt violation.
•David Fitzgerald Hill, Monticello—driving under the influence, light violation.
Also, during this period deputies with the JCSO served 10 warrants and 31 civil processes. They conducted 21 traffic stops resulting in 24 citations and seven warnings, and issued two citations for violation of a county ordinance.
In addition, deputies responded to 134 calls for service as follows:
Thirteen traffic accident, 12 each alarm and subject needs officer, 10 suspicious person/vehicle, assist motorist/keys, eight escort, trouble unknown, seven juvenile complaint; five each assist motorist/other,and road hazard.
Also, four each vandalism, transport; three each livestock/carcass in roadway, intoxicated driver, welfare check; two each dog complaint, burglary, domestic, theft suicide/attempt, threatening/harassing phone calls, trespassing, argument, abandoned vehicle, 911 hang-up.
Also, one each prowler, mental patient, missing person, extra patrol, 4-wheeler, discharge firearms, person refusing to leave.
