Mrs. Eleanor Savage Patterson

Mrs. Eleanor Savage Patterson, 72, of Monticello, died Thursday, Oct. 5.

She was born February 25, 1934 in Walton County, the daughter of the late Coyle and Edna Savage. She enjoyed baking, knitting, reading, gardening and singing.

Funeral services are scheduled Sunday, Oct. 7, at 2 p.m. at Prospect United Methodist Church in Monticello. The Rev. Chuck Nave will officiate.

The family will receive friends at Wheeler Funeral Home, 11405 Brown Bridge Road, Covington, on Saturday, Oct. 7, from 7 to 9 p.m.

Survivors include her husband, Marvin Patterson of Monticello; children, Timothy Patterson of Monticello; Lauern and Lisa Patterson of Reynolds, Michelle and Lee Carter of Monticello; brothers and sisters-in-law, Lanier and Henriann Savage of Martinez and Roy “Doc” and Dianna Savage of Commerce; grandchildren, Chelsea Carter, Courtney Carter, Stephanie Patterson, Stephen Patterson, and Tiffanie Patterson.

Wheeler Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
