Marvin Williams

Marvin Williams, 78, of Covington, formerly of Stone Mountain, died June 22.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy; sons, Shane Williams, Eric Williams, Greg Williams, Jeff Williams, Rodney Williams, Scott Croy; daughter, Tammy Jones; sister, Helen Witcher; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and a number of other relatives and in-laws.

A funeral service was held Wednesday, June 24 at Shiloh Baptist Church. Pastor Danny Sorrells officiated. Interment followed at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Shady Dale.

Henry Funeral Home, Social Circle was in charge of the arrangements.
