Several Injured

Five people, including three children, were injured in an accident last Friday on Jackson Lake Road, two of whom required airlifting to a large hospital.

Coy Tyler Davis Bailey of Monticello was driving a 1996 Ford Mustang east on Jackson Lake Road when he attempted to make a left turn onto Long Piney Drive.

He turned into the path of Shannon Faith Osborne of Mansfield who was driving a 2000 Mercury Cougar and traveling west on Jackson Lake Road. Mr. Bailey was charged with failure to yield right-of-way.
