Deer Capital Activities Set

Deer Capital, a group of Jasperites who came together last year for the promotion of good quality whitetail deer herds through unique management practices with hunter and landowner cooperation has several activities planned over the next few months.

The Whitetail Classic and Trophy Buck Wall is planned for Saturday, Oct. 2, and there will be numerous deer mounts from Jasper County on display. In addition, there will be vendors for anything to do with hunting, refreshments, and an archery contest.
