Two Are Sentenced on Burglary Charges
Jeffery S. Kidd pled guilty to two counts of burglary in one case and also to one count of burglary in a second case in Jasper Superior Court Monday, with Judge William A. Prior, Jr., presiding.
Mr. Kidd was sentenced to 10 years on each charge, to run concurrent, and with 280-365 days to serve.
He was also ordered to pay restitution of $4,583 to Trinity Praise Church and Shiloh Baptist Church, to be shared jointly with several other defendants. In addition he was ordered to pay $41,757 to Clyde King Shaw and $6,500 to Rich Boven. This restitution is to be shared equally with Justin A. Bowles, Kyle Anderson, Chris Labriola and Keifer Wood.

Justin A. Bowles also pled guilty to two counts of burglary in one case and one count in a second case, with the same victims as in the cases of Mr. Kidd, as written above. Mr. Bowles was sentenced to 10 years on each count, to run concurrent with two years to serve, and credit for time served since February 3, 2011. He was also ordered to pay restitution the same as mentioned above for Mr. Kidd.

•Rosa Marie Robicheaux to cruelty to children in the first degree—five years with one year to serve and the remainder on probation, and fines and fees of $1,382.
•Hakeel D. Norwood to burglary—five years with 60-120 days to serve and the remainder on probation, restitution of $800 to the victim and fines and fees of $1,382.
•Julie D. Thaxton to driving under the influence less safe—12 months probation, fines and fees of $795, and ordered to complete DUI Risk Reduction Program.
•Jacob L Holland to reckless driving—12 months probation, fines and fees of $589 and alcohol counseling.
•Joshua Denny to battery— 12 months probation, fines and fees of $294 and restitution of $867.12.
•Ronald A. Jordan to contributing to the delinquency of a minor and interference with custody—12 months on probation and fines and fees of $594.
•Lillie J. Otwell to possession of psedophedrine—five years on probation, fines and fees of $1,932 and ordered to complete drug/alcohol treatment.
•Jessica V. Mixter to giving false name and driving while license suspended—12 months probation with two days to serve and fines and fees of $544.
•Timothy S. West to theft by conversion—sentenced to 12 months probation and fines and fees of $594.
•Allen M. Humphries to theft by taking—five years on probation, fines and fees of $1,382, and restitution of $3,325.
•Sadarion Thurman to simple battery/family violence —12 weeks of anger management classes.
•Alvin Yates to simple assault—sentenced to 12 weeks of anger management classes.
•Joshua Hanley to battery —sentenced to 12 weeks of anger management classes.
In addition, the following individuals failed to appear to answer charges, and Bench Warrants were issued for the arrest of: Robby Dale Griffin, Elizabeth Ann Driggers Mackey, James Roy Grindle, James K. Smith, Darrell Anthony Stowe, Robert Darrel Perry, Jessie Frank Craver, Jr., Willie Lee Rhodes, Charles Dean, III, Mary Ann Cleveland, Willie C. Davis, Tina Young Kraudy and Jesse James McElheney.
Thirty-nine other cases were continued.
