Milagros Rivera Canlas Sullan

Milagros Rivera Canlas Sullan of Monticello and Davao City, Philippines, died November 16, 2011.

Her husband, Ramon Sullan, Sr. and a daughter, Minerva Ginoo, preceded her in death.

She was known as Mila or Lola. She was born on December 4, 1921 in the Republic of the Philippines. She and her husband immigrated to the United States in 1985 to live with their daughter, Solita Evans.

Local survivors, in addition to Mrs. Evans, include granddaughters Elysha Ward of Covington and April Evans of Dayton, Ohio, other sons and daughters, Ramon Sullan, Jr. and Melissa Agbayani of California, Victor Sullan, Elvira Tan, Corales Tuanquin, Ramonita Galsim, Benjamin Sullan and Raphael Sullan of the Philippines, 27 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were planned for November 23, with internment in Davao City, Philippines.
