“I am a 2010 graduate of Leadership Jasper. I have been in student housing for 12 years, and have served as Facilities Director at Kennesaw State University Housing for the last four years. In this position, I have been very involved in budget writing as well as implementation.
“I interact with parents and students on a daily basis and feel that the customer service skills I’ve developed will be an asset to the constituents of District 2 as well as working well with the other commissioners. I know the importance of team work and hope to bring this experience to work for the citizens of Jasper County.
“I feel strongly that public safety needs to be a priority as well as attracting new industry and infrastructure. If I am elected, I will work with other elected officials and other city and county organizations to improve these areas.
“I look forward to meeting with the citizens of District 2 and having their input on the issues that are important to them. I would appreciate your support and your vote.”
Mr. Henry’s name will run as a Republican.
