MUD CATS ARE 9-10 CHAMPS

The nine and 10-year-old Mud Cats are Jasper County’s recreation baseball champions for their age bracket after winning the championship game last Thursday against the second place seed, the Kansas City Royals.

The Mud Cats finished the season with a 11-1 record. The Mud Cats would like to thank The Monticello News for their sponsorship.
