ALLISON HIRSCH AND ERIKA DETOTA WITH CAR

Rally America Co-Driver Allison Hirsch and Driver Erika Detota finished the extremely fast and narrow stages of The Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally (STPR) in fifth place in the G2 class recently.

The G2 class is comprised of two-wheel drive vehicles that are non-turbo’d and have a smaller engine size. This is the first time that Ms. Hirsch co-drove for Ms. Detota.

The first day consisted of five stages totaling 23.37 miles. This included two super special stages held in an arena setting allowing two cars to compete at the same time. Ms. Hirsch and Ms. Detota finished the first day 10th in class.

The next day the roads opened up and they were both able to push ahead in class. The only minor trouble they ran into was a flat tire at the end of stage 14. It did not hurt their time and with a quick change they were ready to head back to headquarters to prepare for the final two stages of the race.
