MIDDLE SCHOOL FOOTBALL

The Monticello Middle School Hurricanes lost to Morgan County last Wednesday with a final score of 32-6.

The young ’Canes made a run right after the half with a score, but could not hold on as Morgan scored twice more in the second half to seal the win.

Jamarius Johnson had the lone score for the Canes. The Middle School ’Canes were scheduled to host Youth Middle School of Walnut Grove yesterday, September 19.
