Betty Marie Baker Gibson

Betty Marie Baker Gibson, 61, of Warner Robins died Thursday, Feb. 14, 2013, at her residence.

Betty Gibson was born in Griffin, to the late Collie Andrew Baker and Minnie Lee Jones Payne.

Before retirement, she worked as a therma form operator for the Pactiv Corporation. She loved looking after her children and grandchildren.

Brothers, Jim Baker and Frank Scott preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children, Suzanna Locklear of Monticello, Christina Deveney of St. Johns, Kansas, and Hidi Yates of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Leeanna Locklear, Hannah Locklear, Andrew Deveney, Nicky Deveney, Eli Yates, and one on the way, Kayla Marie Yates; and great grandchild, Hayden Elizabeth Ward.

The family will receive friends from noon-2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, at Jordan Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, at the Chapel of Jordan Funeral Home. Rev. Harold Thompson officiating.
