Absentee Ballots Available
Absentee ballots are now available for the July 22 runoff.
Early voting will begin June 30, and will be available daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Courthouse. There will be no Saturday voting in the runoff.
Visit the registrar’s office on the ground floor of the Courthouse for more information.
Anyone can vote in the runoff.
However, those who voted Republican can only vote Republican in the run-off, and the same for Democrat. Those who did not vote may vote in the runoff for either ballot.
In addition, those wanting to run as an independent must qualify between 9 a.m. Monday, June 23 and noon Friday, June 27. That is done in the office of the Probate Court on the main floor of the Courthouse.
