Several Have Probation Revoked
Jasper County Superior Court business was brisk Tuesday morning following the Labor Day holiday.
Judge Hulane George reigned over eight probation revocation cases as follows:
Rocky Delee, revoked for failure to report to probation, disobeying curfew, and failure to pay fines. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail suspended upon entry into a probation detention center for 90-120 days.
Kiefer Wood, revoked for failure to report to probation and administrative hearing, disobeying curfew, and failure to pay fines. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail suspended upon entry into an in-patient treatment facility. If he fails to do so, he will serve 90-180 days at probation detention center.
Lakeshia Shunta Ponder, revoked for failure to report to probation and pay fines. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail suspended upon entry into a probation detention center for 120-180 days.
Milton Jeffery revoked for failure to report to probation and pay fines. He was sentenced to 200 days in jail suspended upon full payment of fines.
Jarvis Carter, revoked on basis of committing new offenses of theft by shoplifting, failing a drug test, and failure to pay fines. his balance was revoked to Jasper County jail.
David Jason Greene, revoked on basis of committing new offense of possession of marijuana, lees than an ounce in Newton County, failure to report to probation, and failure to pay fines. He was sentenced to 180 days in state probation detention center suspended upon providing proof of income.
Kebin Wilhite, revoked for failure of drug test while on probation for previous case regarding possession of marijuana. Some 263 days of probated sentence was revoked to be served in jail with suspension upon entry into residential treatment program.
