Two Arrested for Burglary

Jasper County deputies arrested two persons—David Allen Smith and Kimberly Forrester Turner—for burglary after a break-in was reported in the county last Friday.

Both are charged with burglary.

Deputies also responded to two other reports of burglary in the last week, at one a bluetooth was missing, and at the other change was missing.

Persons booked into the Jasper County Detention Center in the past week include:

•Shane Dean Spires, 27, Monticello—terroristic threats and acts.

•Cortez Donte Dudley, 25, Covington—driving while license suspended or revoked.

•Albert Scott Sorrells, 47, Porterdale—probation violation.

•Clayton Scott Hardy, 20, Monticello—possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

•Ramon Arturo Jackson, 38, Monticello—disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

•Michael Carl Matthews, 42, Eatonton—parole violation.

•Calvin Heath Ledford, 21, Monticello—probation violation.

•Bradley Wayne Biddy, 18, Monticello—probation violation.

•Robert Eulis Grimsley, 38, Hillsboro— reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

•Donald Ernest Johnson, 40, Monticello—possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession and use of drug related objects and failure to maintain lane.

•Timothy Lynwood, Jr., 26, Monticello: battery, cruelty to children in the third degree (two counts) and probation violation.

•Tommy Lee Kell, 17, Monticello—arson in the third degree.
