PA Golf Preps for Region

Piedmont Academy’s golf team posted another victory Tuesday and is now looking to the upcoming region tournament.

The Cougars defeated Loganville Christian Academy Tuesday 204-205 in a match played at Monroe Golf and Country Club in Walton County. Payden Cantera was the low medalist with a round of 46 while P.J. Leonetti finished with a score of 47.

In addition, Chandler Burrell fired a 50 while Preston Tyler finished the match with a round of 59.

Piedmont, coached by Michael Wilson, will compete in the region golf tournament Monday at Twin City Country Club in Sandersville.
