Grand Jury Returns Indictments

A Jasper County grand jury convened Friday, June 5 to review numerous criminal indictments presented by District Attorney Fred Bright.

The 19 member grand jury issued true bills (found sufficient evidence to seek prosecution) for the following criminal indictments including:

Anthony Joshua Flynn and Robin Maryann Cobb, true billed on nine counts including trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute (WITD), possession of a schedule I controlled substance WITD, manufacture of a schedule I controlled substance; two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance WITD, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance WITD, possession of marijuana WITD, and theft by receiving stolen property.

Michael Beatenbaugh, true billed on six counts including identity fraud, financial transaction card theft, and four counts of financial transaction card fraud.

Eric Hardwick, true billed on four counts including habitual violator, possession of cocaine, driving under the influence, and driving while license suspended.

Angela Atkinson, true billed on two counts including tampering with evidence and obstruction of an officer.

Ayla Marie Roseboom, true billed on four counts including two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of identity fraud.

Kasey York, true billed on four counts including aggravated assault, reckless conduct, discharge of gun near highway, and cruelty to children in the third degree.

Steven Alan Nelson, true billed on four counts including aggravated assault/family violence, aggravated assault, crossing the guard line with contraband, and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

Timothy Justin Willis, true billed on three counts including possession of marijuana WITD, possession of drug related objects, and window tint violation. He was no billed for improper display of license plates.

Jennifer Michelle Poore, true billed on three counts including sale of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana WITD, and possession of methamphetamine.

Antonio Dewayne Dumas, true billed on three counts including two counts of obstruction of an officer (felony) and pedestrian under the influence of alcohol.

Justin Cooper Singletary, true billed on three counts including burglary in the first degree, obstruction of an officer, and possession of drug related objects.

Johnny Richard Horton, true billed on three counts including possession of marijuana WITD, possession of marijuana/more than an ounce, and window tint violation.

Justin Bostic, true billed on two counts including possession of cocaine WITD and possession of marijuana WITD.

Tommy Kell, true billed on two counts including arson of lands in the third degree and improper burning.

Donald Kirkpatrick, true billed on two counts including terroristic threats and simple assault, family violence.

Jessica Nicole Hammock, true billed on two counts including possession of methamphetamine WITD and speeding.

Brandon Shane Biddy, true billed on two counts including aggravated assault and battery.

Artagus Davarius Manning, true billed for sale of marijuana.

Charles Lee Victrum, Jr., true billed for failure to register as sex offender.
