Persons Are Arrested

Officers with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office investigated several incidents of theft in the last week, and made an arrest in one case.

A resident on Raven Road reported the theft of numerous electronics, appliances, jewelry and clothing, and the case is still open. A burglary at a residence on Holman Road was solved with an arrest.

There was also a report of fraud that the JCSO is investigating. A resident on Eagle Drive reported the theft of a license plate, and an employee at Circle K reported the shoplifting of a 12-pack of Corona beer.

Numerous arrests were made in the last week, and those arrested and their charges include:

•Donterio Eugene Digby, 23, Monticello—driving while license suspended or revoked and speeding.

•William Howard McNerney, 35, Covington—probation violation.

•James Robert Butch, 36, Sunrise, Fla.—possession of hydrocodone, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, sale/distribution/or possession of dangerous drugs, failure to maintain lane, possession of marijuana less than an ounce, drugs not in original container and possession or use of drug related objects.

•Michelle Lee Chiodo, 44, North Lauderale, Fla.—possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule IV controlled substance, possession of hydrocodone, possession of marijuana less than an ounce, possession or use of drugs related object, drugs not in original container and sale/distribution/or possession of dangerous drugs.

•Dean Gibson Kilby, 58, Monticello— criminal trespass.

•Nicole Starr Anderson, 27, Shady Dale:—simple assault.

•Thomas Robert Anderson, Jr., 31, Shady Dale—simple battery and probation violation.

•Mitchell Alton Sailors, 46, Monticello:—probation violation.

•Clinton Brandon Stokes, 36, Lizella— Jasper County Superior Court bench warrant.

•Shayla Mielya Moore, 35, Shady Dale: disorderly conduct.

•Diamond Laportia Tripp, 21, Monticello—disorderly conduct and battery.

•Shaquala Desirae Thurman, 27, Monticello—affray and battery.

•Frederica Deshanda Moore, 33, Monticello—affray and battery.

•Cherie Brancehtta Tripp, 36, Monticello—affray and battery.

•Sheridan Briasa Tripp, 17, Monticello—affray and battery.

•Curtis Jerome Hodge, 49, Social Circle:—failure to maintain lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

•Xazavin Deronte Jackson, 26, Macon—seat belt violation and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.

•Gabriel Mortavius Richards, 28, Monticello—crossing/guard lines with weapons, intoxicants or drugs, tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana less than an ounce, impending the flow of traffic and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

•Teresa Deanne Dailey, 27, Monticello—probation violation.

•John Robert Nash, 53, Shady Dale—pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

•Gus Allen Davis, 48, Eatonton—habitual violator, open container of alcohol and failure to stop at stop sign.

•Jason Scott Greenwood, 43, Auburn— failure to maintain lane, open container and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

•Derrick Darnell Campbell, 36, Monticello—terroristic threats and acts.

•Antonia Marquette Smith, 38, Jackson—pimping and keeping a place of prostitution.

•Jonathan Andrew Hix, Jr., 23, Monticello—probation violation.

•Michael Thomas Hinton, 23, Shady Dale—probation violation.

•Torrie Sybil Wiegmann, 34, Lithonia—Jasper County Superior Court bench warrant.

•Kenneth Anthony Thurman, 52, Monticello—public drunkenness.

•Darren Mitchell Greer, 50, Griffin—probation violation
