Lillie Blanche Turner McMichael

Lillie Blanche Turner McMichael, age 96, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2015, at The Retreat Nursing Home.

Lillie McMichael was born in Hall County, to the late Thomas Turner and Flora House Turner. She was a member of Enon Baptist Church. Before retirement, she was a seamstress for the Monticello Manufacturing Company.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Felton McMichael; and brothers and sisters, Jeff Turner, Felix Turner, Joe Turner, Mitchell Turner, John Turner, Floreed Gunter, and Ann Slocumb.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, Aug. 27, 2015, at 11 a.m. at the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Shady Dale. Rev. Charles Roper will officiate.

The family suggests in lieu of flowers donations to The Retreat Nursing Home, 898 College Street, Monticello, GA 31064.
