MS Cougars Fall at Home

The Piedmont Academy Middle School softball team fell to Brentwood 4-2 at home on Monday.

Brentwood had just three hits as compared to Piedmont’s four, but the Lady Cougars committed five errors while the visitors had just one.

Fleming Sealy and Kenzie Rodgers combined to pitch the game allowing just one earned run and striking out eight batters.

Haley Ann Frank and Sealy continued their hot plate appearances. After Monday’s contest, Frank was batting .591 while Sealy had compiled a .478 batting average.
