Arrest Report Includes Many Youth

Last Wednesday, Feb. 17, at approximately 4 p.m., deputies responded to the Jasper County High School tennis courts.

The deputies found that there was a group of school aged individuals who were at the tennis courts for the purpose of fighting another student, according to an announcement from the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO).

The individuals had already been told to leave from the Jasper County High School by school staff, as they were not students at the school, the announcement said.

The individuals then relocated to the tennis courts for the purpose of fighting with a Jasper County High School student, the JCSO said. Ten youth were were arrested for disorderly conduct. One juvenile was also taking into custody for disrupting public school.

Those young people, along with other persons arrested in the last week, are listed:

•Drew Alexander Parrott, 18, McDonough—disorderly conduct.

•Levi Nathaniel Wood, 17, Covington—disorderly conduct.

•Tyler Troy Pullen, 18, Covington—disorderly conduct.

•Dalton Lee Short, 17, Covington—disorderly conduct.

•Dalton Allen Carter, 18, Covington—disorderly conduct.

•Jacob Steven Hooser, 17, Monticello—disorderly conduct.

•Jonathan Wayne Rose, 18, Covington—disorderly conduct.

•Chase Alan Jacobs, 17, Covington—disorderly conduct.

•Emily Ann Lucas, 19, Monticello—disorderly conduct.

•Kelsey Rebecca Cope, 19, Monticello—disorderly conduct.

•Austin Lee Guy, 18, Covington—disorderly conduct.

•Karen Irene Nunery, 67, Monticello—driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

•Gregory Lance Britt, 27, Covington—possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of a firearm/knife during the commission of a felony, possession or carrying a concealed weapon and drug related objects.

•Jacqueline Felecia Hyman, 39, Monticello—hindering apprehension or punishment of a criminal.

•Brandon Sharad Ross, 28, Newborn—probation violation.

•Teri Lynn Tyler, 59, Monticello—probation violation.

•Romaine Ricardo Seay, 33, Stone Mountain—probation violation.
