Cougar Track Competes at Gatewood

Several Piedmont Academy athletes had quality performances during an April 13 meet hosted by Gatewood in Eatonton.

Some of the top performers for Piedmont included:

•Cassidy Cook, sixth place, 100-meter dash

•Bailyn Whitaker, seventh place, high jump

•Dodson, seventh place, 300-meter hurdles

•Sara Hammonds, seven place, 800-meter run

•Gracie Black, eighth place, 1,600-meter run

•Maddie Morton, eighth place, discus

•Hammonds, eighth place, triple jump

•Taylor Patterson, eighth place, 400-meter dash
