HAVE WAGONS – WILL TRAVEL

Buffalo Wild West – “Have Wagons Will Travel”—A full size reproduction 1880’s Jail Wagon and an authentic working Cattle Drive Chuck Wagon will be on exhibit at the 50th Annual Deer Festival complete with several costumed cowboys walking around the festival.

Other exhibitors expected for the festival are Georgia Agritourism, Dauset Trails, and U.S. Forest Service. The DNR is bringing a soft target range for kids. Yellow Rose Farm’s will have their Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats on exhibit and there will be someone spinning yarn. There will be duck calling demonstrations.

Linda Aldridge and Stone Workman will be autographing their books. There is a designated demonstration area at the Christmas tree on the Square. It will have hay bale seating. The 50th Annual Deer Festival will be held Saturday, Nov. 5, on the Square.
