Cougars Prep for Basketball Season

The 2016-2017 basketball season will begin for Piedmont Academy later this month.

The varsity teams will open the new campaign on Tuesday, Nov. 29, against LaGrange Academy on the road. The teams will then travel to St. George Episcopal School on Thursday, Dec. 1. Varsity games begin at 6 p.m. both nights.

The first home varsity games will be Friday, Dec. 2, against John Milledge Academy, also at 6 p.m.

The first junior varsity boys basketball game will be Saturday, Dec. 3, against Creekside at 2 p.m. Varsity games will follow.

Piedmont Academy’s Middle School teams begin the season Thursday, Dec. 1, at St. George Episcopal at 3:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m.
