Kelly Amanda Evans

Kelly Amanda Evans, age 48, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2016, at her residence in Mansfield.

Kelly Evans was born in Monticello to the late James Evans and Janice Jackson Evans. She moved to surrounding counties for a few years, but returned to Jasper County several years ago. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elton Gilroy.

Kelly worked as a medical transporter for A L S Services in Covington.

She is survived by her sons, Zachary Evans and his girlfriend, Erin Matthews of Monticello, Gabriel Evans of Monticello, and Troy (Pamela) Gilroy of Cumming; grandchildren, Colton Matthews, Chassidee Matthews, and Elton Gilroy; sister, Linda Neff of Kelleytown; and brother, Brad Evans of Kennewick, Washington.

A memorial service will be held Friday, Nov. 18, 2016, at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Jordan Funeral Home. Chris Evans will officiate.
