Joseph David Anglin

Joseph David Anglin, age 33, of Monticello, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2017, at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta.

Joseph Anglin was born in Decatur, Ga. He lived in Conyers until moving to Monticello in 1996. He graduated from Jasper County High School and worked as a welder for Dexter Axle in Monticello.

He is survived by his fiancée, Kimberly Ann Simonds of Monticello; children, Daniel Simonds, Isabella Anglin, Gracy Anglin and Joseph David Anglin, Jr., of Monticello; mother, Barbara Brownlee Palmer of Monticello; father, Joseph Delmar Anglin of Dawsonville; step-brother, Daniel Palmer of Covington; and step-sister, Christi Palmer of Brunswick.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017, at the Chapel of Jordan Funeral Home. Rev. Charlie Edwards will officiate.
