Persons Are Arrested During Week

Jasper County deputies had a light week as far as thefts were concerned, with only one reported. That was an incident of shoplifting at Larry’s 4-Way.

Several persons were arrested during the week however on various charges.

They include:

•Dane Michael Christiano, 27, Monticello—child support.

•Jeffrey Olice Lake, 34, Monticello—possession of methamphetamine and probation violation.

•Brandon Cole Cox, 23, Monticello: probation violation.

•Bobby Gene Strickland, 52, McDonough—probation violation.

•Michael Drake Young, 23, Hillsboro—probation violation.

•Brian Scott Slaughter, 51, Covington—possession of marijuana less than an ounce, seat belt violation and driving while license suspended or revoked.

•Paissley Shawan Stewart, 25, Monticello—no insurance, no license and suspended tag/registration.

•Kyle McIntyre Duren, 29, Covington—driving while license suspended or revoked.

•Jasmine Nicole Brantley, 22, Union Point—Jasper County Superior Court bench warrant.

•Kristin Emerald Rogers, 36, Flovilla—probation violation.

•Kerry Lydell Jackson, 33, Monticello—purchase/possession/manufacture/distribution or sale of marijuana and probation violation.

•Travis Keith Carr, 29, Mansfield—simple battery and criminal damage to property, first degree.
