Three Have Probation Revoked
A review of the motion day calendar in Jasper Superior Court Tuesday afternoon moved very briskly under the jurisdiction of Judge Brenda Trammell.
Several of the cases presented were continued but some probationers had their sentences revoked or modified including:
Justin Singletary had 180 days of his sentence revoked to the Jasper County jail for failure to complete a court ordered treatment program at the Palm House Recovery Center. His entry into jail was suspended upon completion of a 12 month inpatient substance abuse program.
Darnell Wood, who had two cases probated, had 63 days of his sentence revoked to jail for failure to pay court fees and testing positive for drugs.
Kristin Rogers was sentenced to serve 60 days in jail for testing positive for drugs, failure to pay court fees, and failure to complete the Matrix program with the Jackson Probation Office.
