Motion Day Is Held Here
Judge Brenda Trammell spent little time in Jasper Superior Court Tuesday morning presiding over the motion day calendar.
Nicholas Standifer was sentenced to five years of probation following 180 days in a state probation detention center for an obstruction of an officer charge obtained in February 2017. In addition to a $1,000 fine and the usual probation conditions he was ordered to acquire his Georgia Equivalency Diploma (GED).
Nichole L. Page was sentenced to three years of probation for three counts including two counts of possession of drug related objects and possession of marijuana. Fined $800.
David Mitchell had his probation revoked to 30 days in the Jasper County jail for failing to report to the probation office and failure to pay court fees.
Wayne Ellis Mask was credited for time served in Jasper County jail for violating his probation conditions in March 2017 and given 90 days to complete community service.
Bond orders were granted for Joseph Lawson, Derrick Deason, and Terry Johnson.
