Many Are Sentenced in Superior Court

Judge Amanda Petty presided over last week’s session of Jasper Superior Court which included the criminal trial calendar.

Christian Alexander Boland was sentenced to 90 days in Jasper County jail which was suspended upon entry into a probation detention center for 180 days for aggravated assault. The sentence also includes 20 years of probation.

Anthony Oneal Card, 30 days in Jasper County jail for a simple battery charge. He was given credit for time served.

Masakama Cooper, sentenced to 24 hours in Jasper County jail and one year of probation for driving under the influence. Fined $500.

Mathew Scott Beam, sentenced to 24 hours in Jasper County jail for driving while license suspended and driving under the influence. Fined $1,000.

Daniel Andreas Mackey, sentenced to 10 years of probation for arson in the second degree. Fined $1,000.

Matthew Benson Cook, sentenced to 10 years of probation for burglary in the first degree. Must pay restitution in amount of $3,502 to Martha King.

Kenneth Oneal Waller, sentenced to seven years of probation for possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, obstruction of an officer, driving while license suspended, and failure to maintain lane. Fined $1,500.

Valorie Christine Bloomer, sentenced to three years for possession of methamphetamine. Fined $1,000.

Joseph Clinton Kirkpatrick, sentenced to 36 months of probation for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, and obstruction of an officer. Fined $200.

Earl Lee Bell, sentenced to 24 months of probation for discharging a firearm under the influence and reckless conduct. Fined $500.

Luis Macario Antonio, sentenced to 22 months of probation for simple assault, aggressive driving, and driving without a license. Fined $800.

Brian Malone Cunard, sentenced to 12 months of probation for criminal trespass. Fined $500.

Michael Todd Howard, sentenced to 12 months of probation for disorderly conduct. Fined $500.

Christopher Lance Fowler, Jr., sentenced to 12 months of probation for simple assault. Fined $400.

Phillip Michael Clegg, sentenced to 12 months of probation for disorderly conduct. Fined $400.

Russell Clay Mincy, sentenced to 12 months of probation for reckless conduct. Fined $500.

Dominique Rochelle Redd, sentenced to 12 months of probation for obstruction of an officer. Fined $500.

Felton Stephen Walker, sentenced to 12 months of probation for battery. Fined $200.

Sabrina Ann Harp, sentenced to 12 months of probation for simple assault. Fined $400.

Tavoris Antonio Whidby, senetnced to 12 months of probation for disorderly conduct. Fined $400.
