Persons Are Indicted Here

A Jasper County Grand Jury convened during Superior Court last week to review indictments for the August 2017 term.

The grand jury, consisting of 23 individuals, were under the instruction of District Attorney Stephen Bradley. Individuals who were indicted include:

Timothy Mark Rogers, indicted on 12 counts including six counts of aggravated assault on a peace officer, three counts of interference with government property, criminal attempt to commit a felony, sexual exploitation of children, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Jessica Palmer, indicted on 12 counts including 11 counts of financial transaction card fraud and one count of identity fraud.

Adrian Fillmore, Sr., indicted on six counts including trafficking in heroin, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, criminal use of an article with an altered identification mark, theft by receiving stolen property, driving while license suspended, and possession of firearm by convicted felon.

Jacob Jenkins and Brittany Wilkie, indicted on six counts including aggravated assault, aggravated battery, obstruction of an officer (felony), obstruction of an officer (misdemeanor), possession of methamphetamine, and possession of marijuana.

Adam Lopez, indicted on six counts including criminal damage to property in second degree, disorderly conduct, terroristic threats, two counts of obstruction of an officer (misdemeanor), and obstruction of an officer (felony).

Sydney Lilyander, indicted on five counts including two counts of aggravated battery, two counts of cruelty to children in first degree, and battery.

Sherry Smith, indicted on five counts including obstruction of an officer (felony), obstruction of an officer (misdeanor), driving under the influence (DUI), open container, and failure to yield upon entering roadway.

Richard Rodriguez, indicted on four counts including two counts of aggravated child molestation, incest, and child molestation.

Natasha Newton, indicted on three counts including false identification document, forgery in the first degree, and identity fraud.

Daronnica Robinson, indicted on three counts including two counts of financial transaction card fraud, and identity fraud.

Christopher Tabor, indicted on three counts including aggravated assault on a peace officer, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, and reckless driving.

Allen Moss, indicted on three counts including criminal attempt to commit a felony, obscene internet contact with a child, and possession of cocaine.

Roberto Rodriguez, indicted on three counts including criminal attempt to commit a felony, possession of marijuana, obstruction of an officer (misdemeanor).

Devin Sheffield, indicted on three counts including criminal attempt to commit a felony, sexual exploitation of children, and possession of firearm during commission of a felony.

Ryan O’Rourke, indicted on two counts including criminal attempt to commit a felony and sexual exploitation of children.

Donny Scandrett, indicted on two counts including terroristic threats and theft by shoplifting.

Charles Victrim, Jr., indicted on two counts of failure to register as sex offender.

Matthew John Duchaine and Amber Strickland, indicted on two counts including possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.

Patrick Latibeaudiere, indicted on two counts including aggravated assault and false imprionement.

Willie Jones, indicted on two counts including possession of marijuana and tampering with evidence.

Matthew Robinson, indicted for aggravated assault.

Walter Smith, indicted for terroristic threats.

Joshua David Coker, indicted for possession of methamphetamine.
