Nancy Rebecca Elliott Linch

Nancy Rebecca Elliott Linch, age 82, of Eatonton, passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018, at her residence.

Rebecca Linch was born in Machen, Ga., to the late Augustus Miller Elliott and Elizabeth Mon Dunn Elliott. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Olton Jasper Linch; four sisters and two brothers.

She worked as a spinner for Atlantic Cotton Mill for a number of years and joined the Monticello Presbyterian Church at the age of 12.

She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Denny (James Sanders) and Shelia Elizabeth (Roy) Burnette of Macon; grandchildren, David Gaskins, Kenneth Denny and Adam Denny; and great grandchildren, Haley Richbourg, Alexia Denny, Riley Gaskins, Rebekha Bucher, Destiny Denny, Trinity Denny, Adam Denny and Trey Denny.

A graveside service was held at 1 p.m., Friday, Feb. 9, 2018, at Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Shady Dale. Pastor Paul Gardner officiated.
