Larry Wade Jarrett

Larry Wade Jarrett, age 70, of Monticello, passed away Monday, Feb. 12, 2018 at his residence.

He was born on Sunday, April 20, 1947 in Atlanta, to Marcia Bradford Jarrett and the late Wyman P. Jarrett. He was a member of the New Bethlehem Baptist Church. Larry loved fishing and junking.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Mitzi Morris, and sister, Nancy Jarrett.

Larry is survived by his wife, Karen Reed Jarrett; daughter and son-in-law, Jodie and Ronald Hough; grandchildren, Scott Morris, Joseph Hough, Josie Hough; mother, Marcia Jarrett; sisters, June Gowen, Becky Bell; brother, Tommy Jarrett; several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Mr. Jarrett will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018 at New Bethlehem Baptist Church with Pastor Jim Elliott officiating. The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
