SEUSS ON THE LOOSE

The Cat In the Hat visited Betsy Cain’s class at Jasper County Preschool to tell everyone about Seuss On The Loose coming up Saturday, March 3 at Jasper County High School. The Cat showed children a Seuss quilt made by Norma Mattison available for raffle for the event.

The annual literacy festival has 18 booths for children’s activities, a costume contest, train rides on The Cat in the Hat Express, and items for raffle. The event is sponsored by Ferst Foundation for Childhood Literacy and helps pay the cost of mailing a free book every month to registered children in Jasper County ages birth – five.
