Horace Julian Evans

Horace Julian Evans, age 62, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2018, at his residence.

Horace Evans was born in Commerce, Ga. to the late Joe W. Evans and Clara Hewell Evans. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers.

He is survived by his wife, Cinnie Wagner Evans of Monticello; sons, Steve Shirley, Jr. of Commerce and Joey (Tabatha) Shirley of Monticello; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

A private family graveside service will be held at a later date at Thyatira Presbyterian Church cemetery in Jefferson.
